Who provides refunds
The Ring Almanac is provided by Zahib Hussain, selling personally and trading as Ring Almanac. Zahib Hussain is the seller of your membership and handles refunds directly. Payments are processed securely by GoCardless Instant Bank Pay; GoCardless is not the seller.
Requesting a refund
Email Zeez12426@gmail.com with the email address on your account and your purchase date. UK and EEA consumers normally have a 14-day statutory right to cancel an online purchase; if you ask for immediate access to the video library, that right can be affected once streaming begins, to the extent the law allows. We review every request fairly and refund through the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Canceling renewal
Cancel future renewal from the Membership page using “Cancel yearly renewal.” Cancellation is separate from a refund request and normally leaves streaming access available until your paid period ends. A refunded membership may have its access withdrawn.
